The best butcher in the South West. Baz is super fussy about quality produce and offers outstanding customer service. There should be a six star option!

We have been caravanning around Aus the past 12 months. Without a doubt - best sausages i have eaten in a long time. Great shop well displayed meat of obvious quality & this is from a beef producer/ station butcher Look fwd to eating his steaks that i also bought - they have the right amt of marbelling.
